01Website scope
This website presents Ortus Auto’s vehicle sourcing and export services to dealers, importers, fleet buyers and other business customers. These terms concern use of the website. A vehicle sale, sourcing engagement or logistics service is governed by the separate written documents agreed with the identified contracting entity.
02Model references and vehicle photographs
The directory is a selection of model references, not a live stock or reservation system. Real photographs show a reference vehicle and do not establish that the photographed unit is available for sale. Model names, model years, trims, powertrains, range, equipment and other specifications may vary by market and version. Availability, exact configuration, condition, vehicle identity and supporting evidence must be confirmed for the proposed order.
03Inquiries, proposals and order formation
Sending a form, clicking a contact link or discussing a model does not place an order, reserve a vehicle or create a purchase commitment. Acknowledgment of an inquiry confirms receipt only. Before proceeding, the parties must confirm the contracting entity, vehicles, quantity, pricing, currency, scope, payment milestones and applicable order terms in writing.
04Prices, payment and quotation scope
No binding price is established by a model listing or general website statement. Each quotation should distinguish the vehicle price, origin-side services, inspection, freight, insurance and any destination-side charges included or excluded. Quote validity, payment schedule, bank beneficiary and refund or cancellation provisions are determined in the relevant agreement. Verify payment instructions through an established contact channel before transferring funds, particularly after any requested change of bank details.
05Destination requirements and delivery
Import eligibility, registration, duties, taxes, charging compatibility, safety or emissions requirements and other local conditions depend on the destination and the specific vehicle. The respective responsibilities for these checks, export documents, transport, insurance, delivery, title and risk transfer must be agreed for each transaction. A general website description is not confirmation of eligibility or clearance in a particular market. Shipping estimates remain subject to the agreed terms and operational conditions.
06Inspection, warranty and after-sales arrangements
Inspection scope, acceptance criteria, vehicle-condition evidence, documentation and the handling of discrepancies must be confirmed before commitment. Manufacturer warranty coverage may differ across territories; a brand or model reference does not promise international warranty coverage, local servicing or spare-parts availability. Any warranty, after-sales support or claims process must be specified in the transaction documents.
07Brands and website materials
Vehicle manufacturer names and logos are used to identify sourcing categories and models. They remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish manufacturer endorsement, authorised dealership status or an exclusive agency relationship. Website text, photographs and brand materials may be subject to intellectual-property rights; permission to browse does not grant permission to republish them commercially.
08Responsible use and external links
Provide information you are entitled to share and keep your inquiry accurate. Do not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service, impersonate others or misuse contact forms. External websites and provider services are governed by their own terms and policies; their availability and content are outside our control. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy notice.
09Website accuracy, availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but errors, omissions and interruptions may occur. Confirm commercial decisions against the current written proposal and agreed documents. General website information is not a guarantee of vehicle availability, investment returns or resale outcomes. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded; transaction-specific responsibility and dispute provisions are addressed in the relevant agreement.
10Changes and contact
