How Ortus Auto handles website inquiries, business contact details and optional measurement.

01Scope and contact
This notice applies to ortusauto.com and the vehicle sourcing and export inquiries submitted through this website. Ortus Auto is the business name used on this site. For privacy questions or requests, contact Export Team at export@ortusauto.com. The legal contracting entity for any purchase will be identified separately in the transaction documents.
02Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address and/or phone number, destination country, inquiry type and message you provide. Vehicle inquiries may also include buyer type, company, quantity, preferred models, port and budget. Required fields help us assess and respond to your request; without a usable contact method we cannot reply. Please do not submit identity documents, banking credentials, card details or other sensitive information through this form.
03How we use inquiry information
We use your information to respond, clarify purchasing requirements, prepare and follow up on sourcing proposals, keep business correspondence and protect the website against misuse. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter. A separate transaction may require additional information and its own documentation.
04Campaign attribution and essential storage
Our website uses session storage to retain the latest tagged campaign source during your browser session, including campaign and ad identifiers, the landing-page path and referring website hostname. This information may accompany your inquiry so we can understand which activity generated it. Internal navigation does not replace a tagged source. We also store your measurement choice locally for 30 days. Administrator sessions use authentication cookies. These functions are separate from optional Google and Meta tracking.
05Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics receives usage events such as page views and successful inquiry submissions. If you allow Advertising, Meta Pixel receives events such as page views, model views, contact-link clicks and successful inquiry submissions. These providers may receive browser, device, network and cookie identifiers and process information under their own policies. Our event code does not send the name, company, email, phone or free-text message from your inquiry to these trackers. The form remains available if you decline both categories.
06Your measurement choices
Optional tags load only after you permit the corresponding category. Open Measurement preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent optional events from our code and attempts to remove the related first-party cookies; it does not erase information already received by the providers. A supported Global Privacy Control signal prevents Meta advertising measurement. Browser settings and blocking tools can also affect measurement.
07Recipients and international processing
Inquiries are stored on our website server and may be emailed to Export Team through our hosting and email providers. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website and handle the inquiry. Our team operates across Hong Kong, mainland China and Mexico, so handling a request may involve cross-border access. Google and Meta may process permitted measurement data outside your country. If an order requires information to be shared with a sourcing, inspection or logistics partner, the relevant scope is addressed during the purchasing process.
08Retention and security
Website inquiry records are scheduled for removal from the active database after 180 days. Email correspondence, exported business records and operational backups are separate copies and may remain for the period needed for ongoing requests, recordkeeping or applicable obligations. Deletion from the active database does not automatically delete those copies. We use HTTPS and restricted administrative access; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
09Access, correction and other requests
Email export@ortusauto.com to request access to or correction of your information, ask about retention, or request deletion or an end to follow-up. Include the inquiry reference if available. We may need proportionate verification before acting; please do not email identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed. Available rights and any retention exceptions depend on the applicable law and circumstances.

Google and Meta publish their own privacy information in the links below. This notice may be updated when our website or handling practices change. The revision date identifies the current website notice. The website is intended for business vehicle buyers, and the inquiry form should not be used by children.
